Dear Professional,

If you are interested in a career, or an experience in real estate, we are anxious to talk to you.  As members of five (5) multiple listing systems, we have literally thousands+ of homes, land parcels, and commercial establishments to offer our customers.  In addition, we have a very active web site generating just over NINE HUNDRED+ THOUSAND PAGE HITS A YEAR in 2010 and anticipate to easily grow to a MILLION by the years end (if the calculations by independent agencies are correct).

To accommodate our growing customer base, we are seeking new team members who are responsible and service-orientated.  We welcome seasoned, or re-entry agents, to consider our agency, as well as new energetic salespersons, to join the challenging career of real estate.

Our main office is conveniently located in the center of Schroon Lake, NY.   In March of 2003, we opened an office in Lake Placid, NY expanding our reach to our customers to include Saranac Lake, the Whiteface mountain area, as well as west to Indian/Long Lake and over into the St. Lawrence County*.   In April of 2003, Adirondack Country Homes Realty opened a branch office in Willsboro to help our Champlain Valley customers.  This office assists the Elizabethtown to Plattsburgh region and over to our US border.  Shortly thereafter, we found talented agents to assist us in the Great Glens Falls Region, and we opened a lovely Victorian office on the busy professional strip on Glen Street.   In 2004, we proudly opened our Gore Mtn. Regional office in North Creek adding our reach to the central Adirondacks.  In 2005, our Port Henry office opened to help our Willsboro Office and Vermonters to check out the Adirondacks.  We later moved this office to Elizabethtown to encompass the Lake Champlain region.  In 2005 in mid summer, we had our High Peaks office in North Hudson staffed.  In 2006, we had our grand opening of our Speculator Regional office.  This opened up more the central & western Adirondacks to our customers.  2010 brought us the Lake George Office.  We are also heading into the St. Lawrence area in 2011.    We are also adding additional programs like our newest AdkWiki.   Keep us bookmarked for those announcements!

The Adirondack Park consist of 6 million acres plus the surrounding communities.  In order to fulfill our customer needs, ACHR is in need for many energetic qualified agents to cover this vast area.

We have comfortable offices to work in and employ the latest technologies.  We maintain a strong computer network and have our own mainframe server on-site which allows our agents to travel off-site without missing a beat.  We maintain our own web sites with two web masters.  Also, available to our agents is the use of graphic artist for brochure implementation, and on-line file documentation.  We have color laser printing capabilities, and a host of other tools for a successful future in real estate.

If you are interested in a challenging career of real estate, and being your own boss as an Independent Real Estate Agent, call to discuss the opportunity we can offer you.  Please e-mail me, or call me directly at 518-532-7900.  Thank you.
